As a preferred premium Honeywell Analytics Authorized Service facility based in Perth, we specialize in complete gas detection solutions. Our factory-trained service technicians will service and calibrate your gas detectors in-house or on-site.

In-house Technical Service Team

We are proud to offer a competitive turn around time for all of our service work. Encore encourages gas detection units to be either sent in or dropped off at our office in Balcatta. Our experienced technicians will perform an inspection and provide a quote shortly after entailing the work needed to be done. We ensure that all of our customers are well-informed before service work is carried out by providing a detailed task sheet with the technician's findings during our 13-point checklist.

Our service team also supports our Fixed Gas Detection sales team by providing pre-delivery configuration, testing, and calibration. This includes setup of controllers, monitors, and detectors, ensuring our clients not only receive the best product but it is ready for use when it is delivered. For select customers, we can offer our services by setting up your fixed gas detection system on-site.

Onsite Calibration Services

Complementing our various in house capabilities is the Service team's onsite work, being able to provide onsite calibrations of Fixed and Portable gas detectors is critical to our complete customer service. Our technicians arrive with all the tools, spare parts, and knowledge to carry out onsite servicing and calibration and can now deliver calibration certificates and reports immediately with our job management software.

Additionally, our Maritime clients often prefer their calibrations to be performed onboard vessels whilst in Fremantle or Kwinana. All of our service technicians have Maritime Security Identification Cards (MSIC) and Fremantle Port Authority access cards to allow them to easily board and perform their work whilst fitting in with ever-changing shipping schedules.
